Dry Rub Directions: pat meat dry, sprinkle rub onto meat. About 1T per 1 Lb of meat. Wet Rub Directions: Add 1t oil to meat, sprinkle rub onto meat. Work spices into meat. You can apply rub right before cooking, but best to leave rub on at least 40 min, or overnight! Ingredients: Paprika, Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Cayenne, Kosher Salt, other herbs and spices.
